You reserve online. We contact you to confirm your install window (we schedule it — you don't have to pick a week). Our team delivers and installs the display on your porch. After Thanksgiving, we come back and remove the entire display. Nothing for you to do.
We install in weekly windows from early October through mid-November. Once we finalize our route for your area, we'll confirm your specific install day by phone or text approximately 1 week before installation. Reserve by October 16 to guarantee install before Halloween, or by November 13 to guarantee install before Thanksgiving — while supplies last.
On the pickup week (the week after Thanksgiving), our crew comes back and removes the entire display. Your porch is left clean.
Every pumpkin is treated with an organic, plant-based rodent deterrent at the time of installation. It's safe for pets, kids, and porch surfaces, and it keeps squirrels and chipmunks from chewing on the display. The treatment is included in every package at no additional cost.
The pumpkins and gourds we use hold up well in Chicago-area fall weather. If something looks tired before pickup, reach out to us and we can come pick it up early.
Absolutely. Every package can be upgraded with extra estate-size pumpkins, mums, and hay bales. Add-ons are picked at checkout.
